TREND: CHAT GROUPERS
Designed for casual, small gatherings, ‘chat groupers’ furniture is also called “gathering” or “conversation” furniture. These sets are lower than traditional dining height. They make a great setting for cocktails, brunch or late-night conversations.
Gargantua
The Gargantua garden table was the first ever Extremis product by Dirk Wynants, designer and founder of Extremis. The further development of Extremis as a company (and a brand) was actually based on the success of this creation. The functionality that characterises the Gargantua can be found in the adjustable benches that can be changed in height depending on social or family circumstance: for adults, children or as an extension of the table top. This table provides seating for 8 and makes space for up to 12 people. By removing the benches, this table allows you to make room for guests who are on wheelchairs.
YeeHaa!
The YeeHaa! set is a combination of different products under one name: the Bronco stools were the very first designs by Dirk Wynants for Extremis as the perfect solution to comfortably sit around the Qrater campfire dish. The Corral table that symbolises the Qrater fire dish ‘saw the light’, and it was closely followed by the C’upsidedown pendulum lamp. This is how the YeeHaa! family grew. The Totem was added, allowing people to safely store 28 Bronco stools in a very compact way. Also, high Bronco bar stools and high Corral tables were added to address bar and hospitality needs.
