QUALITY CONTROL
Quality. Think quality and buy the best that you can afford as you would want your outdoor furniture to last for many years, which in turn helps you to save money in the long run by not having to replace it frequently. Make sure to check for comfort along with durability.
Exterior use only. Give importance to instructions such as ‘recommended for use in exteriors only’ to ensure the right selection. Also check out the warranty aspect and resistance to the elements (particularly water and ultraviolet light) while selecting outdoor garden furniture.
Commercial value. While most commercial outdoor furniture is designed for use in public facilities, some individual homeowners prefer to purchase commercial ones because they are designed to withstand the tough environment in which they are used. In most instances, residential quality furniture will last about five years, depending on the manufacturer, materials used and the respect afforded by the family. Even if the price of commercial outdoor furniture is double that of the residential variety, the life expectancy can be four times as long with an added bonus of a higher resale value.
