Born from Philippe Starck’s creativity, Kartell’s über famous polycarbonate armchair Louis Ghost and its mini-me Lou Lou Ghost take the form of the Louis XV baroque style revisited in contemporary terms. In conjunction with Barbie’s 50th anniversary and Kartell’s 60th anniversary, the chairs lend inspiration from the iconic Barbie doll, where these “Barbie-style” versions are produced in pink and personalised by artwork of the unmistakable plastic doll’s side profile and pony tail.
